Full Hookup RV Sites with Shade & Comfort

Our RV park features 50 full hookup sites that include water, sewer, electricity, cable TV, and WiFi. About 15 sites are pull-throughs, offering easy access. We also provide clean public restrooms and hot showers for our guests’ convenience. While cell phone reception varies by carrier, most guests enjoy reliable service throughout the park.

Many of our RV sites back up to our duck pond, making them especially popular with families traveling with children. The back section of the park is reserved for year-round residents aged 55 and up, offering more spacious, private sites for those looking for an extended stay or a summer retreat.

Ideal for Monthly Stays & Long-Term Guests

Since 2002, Seeping Springs has built a loyal community of returning guests who treat the RV park like their summer home away from home. We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly RV site rentals, but most of our guests choose to stay for a month or more—especially during the busy summer season when visitors come to escape the heat of Texas.

We don’t offer online booking, so we recommend calling ahead for availability, especially during peak months. Reservations by phone are simple, and we’re always happy to welcome new guests to our growing extended family.

On-Site Trout Fishing & Nearby Mountain Attractions

One of the best things about staying at Seeping Springs RV Park is our on-site trout fishing pond, open to the public and perfect for families. Kids love our catch pond, where they’re guaranteed to go home with at least one rainbow trout. We provide everything you need to fish, including bait and bamboo cane poles—no license required!

When you’re not relaxing at the RV park, you’ll find plenty to explore nearby. The tourist-friendly communities of Ruidoso and Ruidoso Downs offer shopping, dining, horse racing, and outdoor adventures in the beautiful Sierra Blanca mountain region, just a short drive away.
