The area is beautifully shaded by large fruit trees, poplars and cottonwoods.  Several of the sites back up to the duck pond making them very appealing to kids. We have public restrooms and showers for our campers.

We have 50 full hookup sites.  They include water, sewer, electricity, cable and WiFi.  Most cell phones work within the park, you may have to step out of your trailer for the best reception.  We have about 15 pull-through spaces.

The back of our park is reserved for our year-round campers, who are at least 55 years young.  These spaces are more roomy and have more privacy.

We rent sites daily and weekly but most of our campers stay by the month, many coming in for the summer to escape the Texas heat.  We are an older park which means that while our sites are not huge we have a lot of mature trees for shade.  The biggest draw to our park is our guests, the majority of whom are retired and come to spend their whole summer here. We are a very extended family that get together every summer for a 3 month reunion. We always welcome new members to the family no matter their age.
